About me

Corporate Restaurant Manager with almost 30 years experience working for leading International Cruise Lines, that successfully designed, proposed and implemented strategic changes within the Restaurant Department. These have included: Increased Food Revenue; Reduction of operational restaurant staffing costs of €3.5m per year; Changing the actual restaurant organization; and Increasing proficiencies by implementing smarter ways of working. This was achieved by removing the manual process of recording guest orders by waiters, to a digital ordering system. In addition, I have reduced hotel equipment’s costs.
